Every roaster has a particular style of roasting. For us at FRC it is a slow and low roast, to a nice chocolate brown. We also do a couple styles of darker and lighter roasts on few beans that just cry out for it.
What is your favorite roast? Maybe we will do a few more of a particular style if you tell us that is the way it should be.
