Sulawesi Kalossi
Known one time as Celebes, Sulawesi Island is Located west of Papua New Guinea in the Indonesian Archipelago Islands. This marvelous coffee is very similar to the Sumatrans. This smooth full-bodied coffee has a tad more acidity the Sumatrans. A touch of richness makes this well balanced mellow cup with sweet and syrupy tones. Elegantly splendid!
