Haiti
What a success story from a country that could use one.  This bean has incredible body, a roller coaster ride of varying tastes, and thick richness with very little acidity.

When the specialty coffee program was established in Haiti, it was done with transplants of the world-famous "Jamaican Blue" plant, hence the name Haiti Bleu.  This is an absolute favourite at the Roastery.
