Tastings/Classes at The Roastery
Come join us for some of the good stuff!
We enjoy indulging peoples love of coffee. We often have informal tastings and roasting classes at the Roastery for wholesale accounts and individual customers but we have never gotten to the point where we opened them up to the general public.
Going forward we are going to be having a Tasting class and an Introduction to home roasting class once a month. The roasting classes will be very informal and give the basics of learning to roast at home (a lost, easy art).
The coffee tasting will focus on a specific area and is aimed at having the student understand the variations of flavour within a area and a bit of historical and current information on cultivation in the area. Where else can you taste 12 coffees from an area in one seating!
