Wow, what a success story from a country that could use one. When we first brought in this coffee I was imagining a coffee very similar to the Dominican Republic coffees we carry which are very good smooth rich mediums. Boy were we wrong, this bean has incredible body, a rollercoaster ride of varying tastes, and thick richness with very little acidity.

We decided to roast this one on the darker side and it responded incredibly well. Upon tasting we immediately order over a 1300 pounds. We are going to have some fun with this one. For the powerful coffee lovers this is a must try.
