Another great thing about roasting your own beans is that you can keep a library in the cupboard of various green beans and you can decide what you feel like drinking and how dark to roast it. Green beans are stable up to and sometimes more than a year! They are usually about half the price of roasted coffee. Can you say affordable luxury!
