Murillo is here in Canada attempting to market the coffees produced in the area of Brazil where he is from, the mountains of South Minas Gerais state. This is considered by many to be the finest growing area in Brazil. Murillo said many of his friends and relatives are working very hard to upgrade their facilties and farms to meet the certification requirements for Fair Trade and Organic.
