I Stopped in to the Fire Roasted Coffee Company to pick up my usual bad of Kenyan dark roast, and a few other bags to sample. I noticed some green beans, and was let known that this was "Catshit" or Kopi Luwac coffee. I decided to try a bit of it, and it was well worth the wait.
To prepare, I got my coffee machine ready, putting a couple pots of hot water thru it, and cleaning the grinder thoroughly. The smell putting the beans into the grinder was very nice and smooth.
The coffee is very full with flavor, and very smooth and crisp. Hints of coffee and something sweet. A very nice cup of coffee
The only downfall of this coffee is the price. It would be an excellent coffee to have everyday, as it is not to overpowering.
But at $20 a pot, the coffee is quite expensive, and will have to reserve itself for special occasions.
Thanks FRCC and please get some more:D, or at least a coffee that is similar, at a lesser cost. I would advise everyone to at least try this amazing coffee.

Back in frssh from the islands another pound (we had two one sold instantly) of kopi get it while it lasts!
