Hello everyone, my name is Jason. I have been working with Patrick and Dave here at The Fire Roasted Coffee Co. for quite a few months now. Some of you may know me from the Farmer's Market, or the Roastery.
Although we have not advertised lately, we are still doing the coffee Tastings. I will try to keep everyone posted as to when, where, and what type of coffees we will be tasting. There should be many more in the upcoming months ahead.
We still have home roasting classes, if anyone is interested in this please send us a message and we will try to set a date that is convenient.
I look forward to hearing from all those that are interested, or those that just have a comment or suggestion.

Hi everyone, I have posted the new date for the Tasting Class in January. It will be on Wednesday January 21, between 6-8p.m. I hope to place the date for the Home Roasting Class soon.

Hello all. The next tasting will be next Wednesday night Feb 18 from 6-8 pm. The theme will be a taste of the Americas. We will highlight the way that transplants from Africa have changed and developed there own unique character as well as a chance to try some of the most sought after coffees such as Jamacain Blue Mountain and Hawaiian Kona and Kauai. Hope to see you out for this evening and if you have any quesions please feel free to get a hold of us.

Also we have the March tasting under way also. This will be a very different night for all of us here at the Roastery. The night is called the "Changing Bean". We will be selecting some of our popular beans and some that are less known and roasting them in small batches and brewing the coffee at 3 different roast levels for each bean. This will give a very clear understanding to the effect of the roast on the coffee bean. A night of experimentation that you will not wan to miss.

Hi Everyone we have had lots of requests for classes so just to let you know when we get the new roastery up and running at the fair we will fire this up again in our new and sexy space. We should be ready to go mid December any requests for class content?
