Dave and I have been talking about whether or not to open the Roastery on Saturdays in Oct after we are through at the Pinery Market in Grand Bend. Yes we are gluttons for punishment. Also we talked about maybe hosting another tasting event one Saturday a month so those who may have trouble getting away Wenesday nights will not be left out. It seems that every Saturday that one of us are popping in down here to pick something up costumers come in looking for coffee. So let us know what you out there think. Would an open Roasery on Saturdays and potential coffee tasting be of interest to you?
