Well we have been a little remiss about keeping the posts up to date but here we go. Last night we hosted our second tasting evening and had a really great time. About 25 people showed up for the Taste of the Islands. A very nice mix of first timers and coffee freaks. Over the 2 hours and 12 types of coffee I think the favourites were the Haitian Bleu Fair Trade and no surpise the Kauai Island Hawaiian. It was very nice for us to see some familiar faces that were at the first tasting and regular costumers here at the Roastery. The next tasting we are planning will be a blind tasting devotated to Dark Roasts on Oct 22 between 6-8. Thanks to everyne that atended and hope to see you at the next one.
