Roasted some of the El Sal Org today. Patrick mentioned that he would like to know what I thought of the bean roasted medium. I roasted a batch to about City + to Full City (using the roasting chart at Sweet Marias). It was fantastic! It was mellow and fruity and I'm thinking dried apricots as a taste but there was some nuttiness too. I roasted some to Full City + and I prefer the lighter roast. Very, very good coffee!
