Well, I have just finished home roasting 2lbs of PNG. It is a great coffee and we have really enjoyed drinking it as well as roasting it. The best I could produce was a combination of: 50% PNG roasted to Full City on my i-Roast2 50% PNG roasted to French on a popcorn popperBefore the PNG, I roasted through 2 lbs of Colombian mostly on my i-Roast2. We tried this from City to French with nary a bad cup! I picked up 1lb each of Brazilian, El Salvadorian, and Haitian and I'll let y'all know how it goes with roasting these varietals.
