I met the wife down at the Art Roastery and she loved it. The kids had fun too. We bought a few more varieties of FRC coffee. Last night we tried the Zimbabwe and the Dark Kenya. Both were good, but mt preference was for the Kenyan. It seems the dark roasts taste best to me these days.

One thing that seems to be a consistent quality that I'm guessing results from the freshness of the coffee is how "smooth" these coffees are. Different flavours, but always "smooth". Also, big-chain coffees seem to generally have a "dullness" to them when compared with really fresh coffee. It is almost hard to get used to coffee that is so flavourful.
